    Converse All Star Stencil.

    Recently Converse released a special make up the All Stars featuring a stencil spray paint design. You can find all three of these shoes at Converse.com, which is where I got these pictures from.  One of the aspects of this release that I really enjoy is that it’s not over the top.  Besides the ankle patch placement there a few other areas that are hit with the spray paint.  It’s also nice that you can wear this without having to go out and buy something to match it, as all three versions come in either white/black/red or Black/white/red colorways.  However, the best part of this release is in the ox version.  This is one of the few, if not the only, All Star ox that features the iconic Chuck Taylor ankle patch.     Bobby Jackson Converse Ad.

    Bobby Jackson was drafted in the 1997 by the Sonics with the 23 pick and was traded to Denver before the season began.   Jackson was one of three first round picks that Converse signed along with Brevin Knight and Jacque Vaughn.  Ron Mercer, also from the 1997 draft, would later on wear Converse in the NBA after previously wearing Converse at Kentucky.
