  Crazy day here in Kentucky.  A strong line of thunderstorms just swept across the state like a firm pimp slap.  I watched it rain in 3 different directions.  Then we lost power, then the power came on and then the TV went out.  Oh, and I couldn’t find our battery radio or our War of the Worlds crank radio, thank you Tom Cruise.  Needless to say it was pretty crazy.  Speaking of crazy, these new Converse Weapon 86’s are just that.  You can them in a very nice Blue/Orange Knicks inspired colorway.   You know that saying, never count your chickens before they hatch? Well I am guilty of doing just that. On Tuesday of last week I was in Lexington hanging out with some of my friends that I hadn’t really seen in a while. I had actually planed on coming home Sunday of last week, but I ended up staying longer. Then on Tuesday I got a call from one the teacher I did my student teaching with, and they just had a job open up for 6th grade social studies. So I went over on Tuesday and had a mini informal interview and came away with a real interview for Thursday. (More …)

  Wrestling, not wrasslin, Wrestling. You know what Kurt Angle used to be known for. Converse used to make shoes for that sport too. Also a sport I left off of the poll on the top of the page.     yes someone from my school ownes a pair not that old and his dad has a pair from the 70’s
