Converse NBA Player Exclusives for Elton Brand and Kirk Hinrich.
Early in the year I made mention that I thought Alando Tucker and Kyle Korver would be battling for the best colorways of Converse this year. I might have to eat some crow on that statement. Recently Elton Brand and Kirk Hinrich took to the floor wearing some fantastic PE’s. EB rocked the Red/Black/White EB2, the closest you’ll get to these is in NBA Live 10. (More …)

S Weapon Wednesday: ConverseOne Weapon Ox
So I was playing around on ConverseOne last night and I came up with a few designs that I thought I’d share with you. If you don’t already know, the Converse Weapon OX is now up and live at ConverseOne.com. I was so hoping that they could’ve pulled off the huge upset over Texas last week…oh well they’ll have to settle for some love from the Converse Blog. (More …)

While I enjoyed watching the MLB draft and I look forward to the NHL draft, it’s all about the NBA draft for me. (More …)

Bobby Jackson was drafted in the 1997 by the Sonics with the 23 pick and was traded to Denver before the season began. Jackson was one of three first round picks that Converse signed along with Brevin Knight and Jacque Vaughn. Ron Mercer, also from the 1997 draft, would later on wear Converse in the NBA after previously wearing Converse at Kentucky. (More …)

Danny Granger In Converse!
So the title of this post might be a little misleading, but it is actually true. I really meant to post these before now, but I never got around to it. These are pictures from All Star weekend featuring Danny Granger of the Pacers wearing the classic black core colorway of the Converse All Stars. This was pretty fitting as Granger was making his first All Star game appearance. I got these pictures from yahoo/Getty Images. (More …)
